They cancelled my reservation for a fully booked weekend (likely because I got a good rate) that did not show in Orbitz. Took five hours to get checked in, three hours after they magically found a room they could release for the entire original stay. Bathroom had dirt and hair shaving clipping on the floor. The rest of the room was just okay. The property is right next to train tracks we got stuck at for 30 minutes trying to head towards downtown (bad luck probably, but heads up on the possi).
This is a fairly nice property in a fairly convenient location. However, price is higher than usual in this area, no breakfast, and had to pay for parking. On the other hand, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious pool, as did numerous others.

The property is very old and needs to be updated. Leather sofa in lobby is very old and worn needs to desperately be replaced. Our bed platform had a hole in it and needs to be replaced and carpet is worn and also needs to be replaced. The revolving front door was out of service more than it worked. Over all either make the upgrades or loose customers to the Double Tree across the street
I was not aware of parking fee till I arrived Parking lot in very bad shape and appeared very unsafe After checking in I was informed that I had to put a parking notice on my dash. It was 5 below zero and I had to walk back to my vehicle on slippery sidewalk to place the parking note. It was extremely miserable to have to do this in and I am 70 years old with a copd.
Quiet hotel. Room seems nice and clean. Plenty of parking on side for a small parking fee.
Did not like the noise. We could hear EVERYONE walking by or talking outside our door (we were by vending machine)...........Other than that, it was fine.

Thank you for your review, Terence. We apologize you endured any oversights during your stay. We will look into the internet speed right away to get that resolved as well as the water temperatures. As we phase back to normal operations, we are working hard to restore all of our features. We do offer breakfast on the weekends and hope to expand those hours soon.
