The house was very spacious for the 5 adults who stayed there for 3 days while attending family activities in Denver. Kitchen had everything we needed and a wonderful space.The master suite was fabulous with a great bathroom!Communication with the host was great-she always got right back to us when we had a question.The house is located in a beautiful & safe neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were there in December so did not utilize the great yard, outdoor tv, etc., but we did have a few soaks in the hot tub which was wonderful!We highly recommend booking this property!Diane MMassachusetts

The house was amazing and close to everything Denver as I was here for business. The backyard is spectacular and even comes with a veggie garden that I picked a few cucumbers and tomatoes from for an evening healthy snack. The hot tub and fire pit are amazing. The house itself is beautiful and has a full kitchen that is loaded for being able to cook and eat in each night if you wanted. It needs to be noted that the front living room - TV room is comfortable with an amazing wood table that I want to honor because of its beauty. The back patio is where you will want to hang out the most as it's fully equipped with heaters for the cold nights and fans for the warm days besides cool lights. The back yard is spacious and very private. The house features nice art and is decorated very well. I'd stay here anytime I'm in the area.

What an amazing gem in the heart of Denver! My family and I were in town for my father’s funeral services, so not for fun. The accommodations were wonderful! The porch was a welcome place to have morning coffee and relax and process in the beautiful back yard. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space. I would stay there again if the need arose!

Perfect for us. The covered porch was perfect for the few 95 degree days we had. The house was well-stocked, well-appointed and most importantly was exactly as advertised, a rare feat, no surprises. Communications with the manager were prompt and precise.

Rental perfection

My 5 friends and I stayed here for our 28th annual best friend's trip. Every year we stay in a different house in a different area in the country... Basically, we have a lot of experience renting homes and our expectations are fairly high.This home NAILED IT! Here are the top reasons why we would recommend this home:1. Towels! This home had enough towels for each of us to shower (body and hair), use the hot tub, etc. without having to do multiple loads of laundry. They provided makeup facecloths and plenty of towels. Dish towels too!2. A kitchen outfitted for vacationers! There were 'to go' cups for us to take coffee and waters out on our adventures; basics such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc.; an extra bag of ice in case the refrigerator could not keep up with our cocktail making; sharp kitchen knives; enough plates and bowls for the actual number of people who could stay there.3. Great communication: You could tell this was not their first rodeo. The instructions were concise and reasonable. Check in was simple. The property listing was accurate. Check out expectations were simple.4. Entertainment options! There were games and playing cards and enough seating outside so we could all sit outside in the beautiful backyard. There were outdoor heaters when it got chilly at night. There was enough space downstairs to hang out and watch a movie. These types of details make a client feel welcome in the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay in Denver

We loved our stay in the University Park area of Denver near Denver University. The location/neighborhood was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and perfect for walking with our dog and grandkids. The location was also close to a myriad of fun restaurants and the shopping we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were large screen hi-def TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and outside on the covered patio. There was a very comfortable office space off the kitchen that worked well for me. The outdoor space was fabulous and very comfortable and we spent many hours outdoors there; eating, visiting with family, playing games and in the hot tub. Our VRBO contact person could not have been any better. She made certain we were well informed and everything worked like it was supposed to. She was easy to contact and always responded promptly. Bottom line: we would definitely stay here again in the future.
