The property was represented exactly as the picture showed. It’s located in a very convenient location and close to the mountains and downtown. All of the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure and heat were great as well.

My family has rented many vacation homes over the years, always giving positive reviews. This one is mixed.The house & yard appear as in the pictures. The house was comfortable & generally clean. It is likely fine for short stays, but is not equipped for longer stays, as there is not a single dresser. We hung some clothes, but were living out of suitcases for a week. Also, the kitchen is not equipped for cooking for groups. The game room was 2 games in a “room” accessible only from the outside, quite a distance from the back door. The hot tub looked ok, but there was broken glass on the ground near it.On day 2 of our stay, the drain in the lower level bathroom shower backed up when the upstairs showers or toilets were used & it took nearly 30 hours for the issue to be cleared up, so we could not take showers & we worried that the toilets might become plugged (Will we have to check into a hotel?) The owner was responsive when we first reported it, but then did nothing for several hours. (I called VRBO because I had not heard back from him). He appeared not to have the appropriate resources to deal with an emergency, resulting in the delay in getting it fixed. Other maintenance issues: an opened kitchen window stayed stuck until we climbed up on the counter to close it, faulty shower controls made it difficult to control water temp, torn/missing screen on sliding door in a bedroom, serious grime on the front and backs of bathroom doors. Not enough space here to explain
