We rented the home as it was near to the wedding venue where my daughter was getting married. The house was as described, very large, beautiful, the beds were super comfortable! A few things came up and he was quick to respond. The check in and check out was seamless. A few things to consider when booking, for planning purposes:* The heated pool/hot tub - you will need to decide which one to heat, they cannot heat both. We found heating the hot tub, the water will fall into the pool, and make it s little warm.* There is absolutely nothing left in the home for you to use. Example: no condiments, no baggies, foil, water. Nothing! So plan ahead and go to the grocery to get everything you need. We didn’t cook so we can’t speak to that. * The ac is controlled by you, it’s touch screen! * If you have extra guests, than your reservation indicated, you will need to notify the host who will bill you an extra 30.00 per person, per night. We had one bedroom tv not work, there was mold in the main shower, and we could hear critters in the attic. The host was informed of all of this and shared he’d be addressing these concerns.All in all the house was perfect for our needs and the beds were, again, super comfortable. Also!! Most importantly!! He provided make up removal towels in every bathroom. Which we loved! And he supplied a lot of towels and toilet paper!!
