This is the sixth time we have stayed here so not just a one off or one eyed view of this resort. From the second we arrived to the minute we left the resort was totally different. The quality of service, the rooms, the food and overall feel has dropped dramatically. We had a suite, it was not clean, leaked and poorly maintained. Broken fittings, missing equipment, failing wall material (plasterboard, paint and rendering). Mouldy grout, badly stained surfaces, faecal stains on the lounge. Access to the room was poor, construction work occurring leaving the access areas filthy. Management silent when asked questions. Offer another room that had twice as many leaks. We have stayed at this resort 6 times over the past 2-3 years, roughly six months apart. Absolutely last time. Double charge for the room, overdrawing our travelling account, told it was my fault, In the end I would sincerely cautions anyone that has strayed before not to expect the same service or level of any type you have experienced before. Look elsewhere.
Water entering the suite via front wall as the render had been stripped off front wall. Could not be fixed, did not even attempt to fix.

Hotel is shabby - a lot of construction doing on but feels long overdue. We booked ttwo rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids but we were allocated rooms about 5 rooms apart. One room smelled like damp and has a toilet that was malfunctioning and made a lot of noise every minute which kept us up overnight. If we’d booked more than one night, we would have left.

Excellent buffet breakfast and room service options. Rooms very clean and daily roon clean and bedding changed daily. Pool area very clean and great service. Swim up bar is a very friendly place to cool down. All round a great hotel, with a great location near Wild Parrot, Icon shopping mall, the Nest Spa and the Shampoo Lounge. Cut through to the beach promenade walk too.
