This hotel turned out to be very nice. The restaurant was good, a liitle crowded around buffet. Waiters very good. Thermal pool was good, except we saw a topless woman and we had to leave. I dont know if that is allowed.

Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better.

It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.

Poor Service, No Spa, and Hot Water Issues

The overall experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and parking was a hassle—you’ll likely end up on the street since the dedicated spots are very limited. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the room. No action was taken, no offers or compensation were made, and it was only fixed the next day. The spa was by far the worst experience—don’t waste your money. It’s practically nonexistent. On the positive side, the food was decent with a good selection, and the thermal pools were nice. However, keep in mind there is no indoor pool—only an outdoor one. The indoor option is limited to thermal water. The room itself was okay but outdated. I left feedback with the staff, but their response was indifferent—just a simple “we’re sorry” with no effort to address concerns. Wouldn’t return.

Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri kolay ve rahattı. Çift olmamız rağmen odada iki ayrı tek yatak vardı. İlk önce sadece yatakları birbirine itip gitmek istediler. İsteğim üzerine çarşafı çift kişilik çarşafla değiştirdiler ama yorganları değiştirmediler. Açık ve kapalı termal havuz vardı. Açık termal havuz katlar halindeydi. En baştaki suyun başladığı nokta epey sıcaktı. Aşağı katlara indikçe sıcaklık azalarak gidiyordu. Kapalı havuzda jakuzi bölümünün olması iyiydi. Saunası çok küçüktü. Masaj ücretleri makul ve masaj masaj iyiydi. Restoran bölümü büyük ve yeterliydi fakat hem emek ve kahvaltı çeşidi azdı hem de yemek standları çok yetersizdi. Akşam yemeklerinde kuyruk oluşuyordu. Müzik eğlence iyiydi.
