From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, transformed into a beautiful glass-enclosed porch in December 2023. The basement has a complete apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. BBQ and carport. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space: High-quality equipment with underfloor heating (gas), insulated glass windows with shutters, air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, granny flat, large, dry cellar, large pool, beautiful garden, various terraces, carport, central septic tank, and much more.
Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

Lovely house with all the luxury you need for the holiday. The pool is spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. The house is luxurious and has everything we needed, the appartment downstairs with kitchen, coffee machine and bathroom was very convenient. And close to the nice beaches.We will come back
Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gute und leise Klimaanlagen, hochwertige Möbel, gepflegter Garten und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Ferienhausvermierung.Nur das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart und der Pool hätte etwas früher gereinigt werden können, aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und die Einliegerwohnung nicht genutzt haben, bezieht sich die Bewertung nur auf die Hauptwohnung.Wir würden sofort nochmal buchen!
