This spacious villa with a total living area of 130 square meters impresses with its perfect layout, the beautiful garden with large private pool and a variety of amenities. You enter the house and are in the spacious living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and the open, fully equipped, American kitchen. A staircase leads up to the large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV, balcony and a bathroom en suite (shower, toilet, two sinks). Also a weight bench is available. From the living room there is the sleeping area with three further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds, air conditioning and private TV and fitted wardrobes. The outdoor area, with a covered terrace and a well-kept garden, invites you to relax and enjoy. Especially families with children will enjoy the barbecue and the lovely blue private pool.

Accès facile . Proche des plages . Quartier plutôt calme.Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas récentes. Une rampe donnant accès à un garage en sous sol a été créée et cela limite le stationnement dans la propriété.Très bon contact avec la gestionnaire sur place. Personne très disponible et très réactive.Extérieurs de la maison agréables et bien entretenus. La piscine ,très propre , varie de 150cm à 2m de profondeur, accessible par une échelle, ce qui peut être gênant pour les jeunes enfants ou les personnes à mobilité réduite.Le store extérieur , tout neuf , ne fonctionnait pas.l'intérieur est conforme à la description. Les literies sont satisfaisantes mais la cuisine est vieillissante et le lave-vaisselle est capricieux.Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces petits désagréments.

Oasis tranquilo a los pies del Montgó

Casa muy bien equipada y con un jardín/piscina espectacular. Ubicado lejos del centro de Denia y con muy mala conexión peatonal, pero en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo con acceso directo al parque natural del Montgó. Las únicas pegas, el calor por las noches (las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado) y los mosquitos.
