This imposing villa in the Montgó area has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.From its spacious terraces and beautiful garden, one can enjoy unbeatable views of the city and Denia bay.The house has a private pool, as well as a large garden with various types of plants and lawn. There is also a "treehouse", ideal for children to play and enjoy unforgettable holidays.Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room and American kitchen. The house has WiFi, TV, air conditioning, and all kinds of amenities to enjoy pleasant holidays.The American kitchen includes: induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.On this same floor, we find one of the en-suite bedrooms, which has two 90cm beds placed together forming a 180cm bed.Going up the stairs, there is another en-suite bedroom (also with two 90cm beds placed together), plus a spacious dressing area and a large terrace with spectacular views.Just at the entrance of the house are the stairs that will take us to the ground floor, where the laundry room is located, as well as the individual bedroom. It has two 90cm beds, a dressing area, and a bathroom with a shower.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
