Very poor customer service. My flight was cancelled at Seattle. They did not consider that, as I could not reach on time. No refund at all. After that they have cheeks to ask for review for the pleasant stay I never had!!!! Very poor service

This is an amazing place to stay. The room was emasculate, the bathtub in addition to the shower was so relaxing, and Aerocity is a great place to stay, many great restaurants and you have easy access to the metro to go and see the sites. I highly recommend! I even left my AirPods by mistake and they helped me retrieve them.

3.5 stars - not the usual Pullman standard. Will consider other chains going forward Room was good, clean. Staff was ‘able to help’ when I wrote to ask about the spa services. The pool is closed for renovation and the sauna was out of order. There was a conference while I was there so more that half the lobby was not accessible and the restaurant was closed on specific days. The food at the executive lounge, the staff there and at the spa was good. The receptionist could barely be hear / hear me due to the noise from conference attendees who were always in the lobby whenever I left or returned to hotel.
