Our Travel Agent booked this Hotel near to Delhi Airport, we gave him go ahead as Hotel was 3 Star & it was for a Night Stay. We landed at Delhi & checked in, the Hotel was not that Good considering 3 Star. My little Daughter confirm from Front Desk whether you are really a 3 Star Hotel.The Room was not clean, Washrooms are also Dirty. The Breakfast Menu was horrible. We skipped the Breakfast as we dont want to surprise our Stomach.
Decent hotel with all the necessities. It is very close to the airport just 15 minutes drive. Next thing is that it is on the highway so there is no other problem as such. Now coming back to the hotel room I booked the Executive Room. The room was spacious with the mini fridge and coffee & tea making available. Living was comfortable but the only drawback was the time taken by the restaurant (Moti Mahal Delux). I ordered 2 soups but it took 30 minutes for them between the 2 soups. Overall 3.5/5 Recommended for those who want just an overnight stay.
1. I emailed my itinerary to hotel for airport pickup. They promised to meet me at designated location - and failed to do so. Paid exorbitant price for my own taxi, which was supposed to be included in the price. They offered no refund. 2. The room we reserved did not have a working AC and was humid and uncomfortable. They moved us to a smaller room - but would not discount our price without me insisting. 3. When we returned to airport, the insisted that I pay my own taxi since they were not bound to honor booking.com's price since we switched the room (because they didn't do proper maintenance). 4. Asked for extra towels and never received them. Despite the staff being nice to my face, the owners were dishonest and I will not do business with them again.
Second time found that this hotel full-fills all the given facilities online as described by Booking.com. This hotel very near IGI Delhi is at Mahipalpur (lalbathi-Rd-1), easly accessible. When I checked-in, there was a very smilimg face to well-come. Very prompt service, Romm was fully ready, with all facilities available. On a business trip to Delhi, had to put up in a place called mahipalpur and was strongly recommended the hotel La Sapphire at Mahipalpur Delhi – certainly, a wrong choice, tell you why Rooms and washrooms – has a peculiar odor, constantly there is a lingering whiff in the room, washrooms – the pressure of water in the flush is very low and you have to flush like 3 times, a waste of water. The rooms do not have waste bins, if they are told to put waste bins they forget the garbage bag, at times they forget putting a towel, floors are dirty, bathrooms are always wet as the ac water vent opens into the bathroom Everything that has to be ordered on the phone to room service, housekeeping, reception or anything else has to be reminded at a minimum 3 times, every order is forgotten or delayed and it's just natural for management to say we will send it. Common area is always smelling of turpentine and paint, which will give you a headache Air-conditioning – does not work to its optimum level, you have to use the fan, thank god for small mercies that they have a fan at least Food – food is good just that the service sucks, the staff is forgetful, rude. The buffet breakfast is another farce with food on the buffet that lacks flavor and taste, the highlight being a rat that does a 100-meter dash across the restaurant, roaches seen on the walls yuck. The tandoori chicken is great so our their kebabs, dal khichdi varies from day to day, am guessing a change in hands of preparation. All in all a horrible experience, never going back, had to put up with this ordeal for a few days as payments were already made. The only Brownie points to the hotel is their GM Mr. Singh who is trying very hard to bring the services up to par with a professionally run hotel, another plus is the proximity to the T3 terminal of the international airport.
We stayed in your hotel 2 days. And we really enjoyed it! The room and property was clean, very careful staff. Your front desk team is really amazing. In the future we will recommend your apartment to my friends and all. And last one food was really nice and healthy. Thanx alote .
This is a good quality hotel in a good location for people travelling through the airport. We were a group of 9 people and the hotel stored our luggage free of charge for a week whilst we visited Nepal. Nice clean and quiet rooms.
I do not recommended this hotel as there are many better options available around. 1. Food quality is not kids friendly. 2. Breakfast options are too less. 3. Room service is pathetic, they keep used dishes in lobby for two days. 4. Delhi Aetocity is near by if you are able to manage it by crossing heavy traffic roads. Otherwise taxi would charge you same as airport pickup. 5. Rooms are small and worst part is no windows in room. You need to keep on ac in winter also to avoid suffocation. 6. OYO rooms is complete failure as they don't give modification in booking if booked by app. 7. Hotel staff is somewhat cooperative to offer room change and airport drop. I've booked this from OYO rooms and feeling cheated. Deleted OYO app permanently as they don't show real pictures or reviews.
Hotel is fair property for business or transit customers. Near to airport terminals T3 and T1D. Areocity metro statiosn is just 5 minutes walkf from hotel. Breakfast is good if it is inclusive in package else it iis very costly. Overall cost is slightly on higher side else but considering location we can afford that.
La sapphire is an average property, for transit near delhi airport, easily accessible from both T3 and T1D, at walking distance from Delhi Aerocity Metro Station. Rooms are clean, staff is good. Lacks on food services, as the food they provide at Moti Mahal is very costly and service is very slow, especially if you want to eat something during times which are not usual breakfast/lunch/dinner timings. Would advice to check rooms before checking in, as some of the rooms had some issues when we stayed.
