We spent two nights at juSTa Panchesheel Park. We checked in in the middle of the night (4 am) and staff was courteous and prompt to help us with the luggage. Room was clean and bathroom was nice although the bath would probably have to be replaced. Breakfast was good as well as food at the restaurant. Location was OK since we had a driver but it might not be the best choice if your are discovering Delhi by yourself.
Stayed a week here whilst working nearby. The staff could not have been more helpful. the room was very comfortable and clean. The dining room had sufficient variety to vary our diet during the week. Bassant was particularly helpful and attentive.
We spent only one night in this hotel before leaving India.. The price is very decent, everything is clean and the staff is really great, helpful and always ready for you. The hot water system is perfect. Nothing luxurious, but it wasn't too noisy either.
It is an excellent place, well located and nice. But the best thing was the service at the restaurant. Bastante Chentry, Gobind and chef Arjun are very wellcoming, and friendly and the food is amazing!!! I highly eco men’s this place if you come to Delhi! A.
stayed there for two days with family, hotel has great location on outer ring road, which is well connected to most parts of the city. being a small hotel there is not much for the family to spend time. one is confined to the room only. otherwise no issues with stay, room was ok, breakfast was also good for three star rated hotel at this price in delhi. my room was facing road still found it calm.
The guy manning the front desk for checkin should certainly not be in the hospitality industry - he was the most un-friendly guy i've seen at a hotel front desk. Bad tone, scowl on face. I was in a suite room that has a separate sitting room. There was only 1 remote for the TV and the Air con and so you had to carry it with you to the sitting room if u wanted to use either (no chance of using both at the same time!). Lid on the kettle fell off when i tried to poor the water into the cup. TV in bedroom didn't work first night, fixed after i complained. Front desk woke me at 930a to tell me they were closing breakfast - that was after i checked in at 3am!! I guess i'm too dumb to understand the breakfast timings given to me at check in and so they felt compelled to wake me up. The shower had hot water, but the shower head was so rusted that out of 20 odd holes, water came out of only 4! Imagine trying to wash your hair :(. Then the blow dryer kept in the bathroom didn't work and housekeeping had to replace it. It can be a nice hotel if they'd only maintain it better!!
I stayed in this hotel for couple of days as part of business trip. The hospitality is amazing and all the employees are really helpful. Food was delicious and served with warm smile. Especially the staffs Mr.Harshpal Singh, Mr.Anil, Mr.Arjun are amazing. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly Recommends to all type of travelers. Overall a nice stay with good food.
Was a nice stay, let down by fact that AC didn't work and even after they had appently fixed it. Otherwise a nice 3.5/4 Star hotel, lovely rooms in a large old mansion House and wood and character everywhere Staff are excellent, happy and helpful and that really made it a pleasure to stay there Breakfast is great, nice Indian selection, but also fresh omelettes/egg station, and also western cereals etc. Overall an excellent stay and is convenient for the airport, about 20 mins away.
We arrived very late 2am and were well received but the room stated on our schedule to be 'luxury' was drab, smelling of damp and not too clean. We had planned to return a few days later for a couple of nights but cancelled them
I have visited the hotel for official purpose for 1 day stay. I really impress by the hospitality of the employees of the hotel. From reception to room services and everybody is very polite and egar to help you. And they are very friendly too. I would like to mention soma name, one guy name Basanta from Assam and one more guy name Ajay from agra is so friendly and concern about guess comfort which make me feel like home. I will reconmended this hotel for staying in delhi.
