The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was varied and ample. But the television remote was very difficult to use. And the hot water for the showers was merely warm. And then there was the power outage. But it fairness, it seemed to be more than just the hotel with the problem. It was quite a shock to have complete darkness. There were emergency lights in the hallways. Perhaps some kind of emergency light in the rooms could be installed for such a rare, but possible problem.

This was a great overnight stay for a very reasonable price. She’s an oldie but very well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous also. The air con was temperamental and went from hot to cold but we often find these hotel air con’s a little unpredictable I would defiantly stay here again. As with most free breakfasts in the USA I would love to see reusable plates and cutlery to be more eco friendly - so much disposable waste

The hotel may not be the fanciest, but it’s newer and the location to OWU is perfect!! The staff is ALWAYS kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our rooms have always been very clean and they offer a free hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

The room was the cleanest that I've seen and been in, in the last week! Everything worked great, very clean, quiet, the staff was amazing, housekeeping was very quiet working on the rooms around us while we was sleeping! Breakfast was good, very well up kept and had more than enough for everyone! Breakfast room was very clean and not busy and the other quest are nice and respectful. The pool works and it heated! The best hotel I've started in and the only one i would come back to!!
