Bienvenido a no. 5 Ranelagh Road. Keepers Cottages está encantado de ofrecer esta fabulosa casa adosada que recientemente ha sido completamente renovada a un nivel extremadamente alto por los actuales propietarios.
Esta elegante y espaciosa casa de campo costera se encuentra a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo, la bulliciosa calle principal y el majestuoso castillo Deal. 5 Ranelagh Road ha sido recientemente renovado completamente a un estándar extremadamente alto por los actuales propietarios. La propiedad está distribuida en 4 pisos y los propietarios realmente han pensado en todo para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda y memorable posible.
Todas las habitaciones están en los pisos superiores y todo el sótano se ha convertido en un impresionante salón, comedor y una cocina de vanguardia totalmente equipada.
La propiedad es ideal para familias y grupos y tiene un ambiente hogareño y lujoso.

Sótano
Toda la planta del sótano se ha convertido en el último espacio social. Hay una acogedora sala de recepción en la parte delantera, con 3 sofás, 2 bolsas de frijoles grandes, alfombras acogedoras, iluminación sutil y TV con todos los servicios habituales.
El espacio de planta abierta tiene un comedor con una gran mesa de comedor de madera, que puede acomodar fácilmente a 10 personas. La cocina sale del comedor y está totalmente equipada con un horno Smeg doble, nevera-congelador de estilo americano, microondas y lavavajillas.
Al aire libre
La cocina conduce a un simple y cerrado jardín pavimentado.

Planta baja
6 pasos lo llevan hasta la puerta principal, donde ingresa a un soleado pasillo de azulejos con un aseo y un aseo separado con lavamanos. Ambos están equipados con un estándar muy alto, con accesorios cromados y azulejos prístinos.
El primer dormitorio principal de lujo está en este piso y tiene una de las dos camas king-size. La habitación está decorada en blanco intenso y azul intenso con muebles de espejo, una chimenea original, persianas blancas y una hermosa araña de cristal. El efecto general es uno de glamour completo!
También hay una habitación con dos camas individuales en este piso, decorada en blanco con literas de madera que se adaptan a niños o adolescentes. La habitación tiene una agradable vista de la ventana trasera.

Primer piso
Dos tramos de escaleras con alfombras suaves lo llevan al segundo piso con otro baño recién instalado con ducha, inodoro y lavamanos. Se ha prestado gran atención a los accesorios y al acabado para garantizar su comodidad.
El segundo dormitorio principal está ubicado en el segundo piso y tiene otra cama king-size. Esta cama cubierta de tela gris tiene un televisor integrado en la base de los pies que complementa los tonos grises y blancos de esta habitación. Se le perdonará pensar que llegó a un hotel boutique cuando ingresa a este impresionante dormitorio.
Hay una segunda habitación con dos camas individuales con literas en este piso, perfecta para niños o adolescentes, esta habitación también tiene una agradable vista al jardín.

Segunda planta
Otros dos tramos de escaleras lo llevan al segundo piso, que tiene otro baño grande con inodoro, lavabo y cabina de ducha. ¡La ventana de la buhardilla te da una vista de pájaro de la famosa Torre de la bola de tiempo de Deal!
Hay una habitación gemela más acogedora con temática náutica en este piso con camas de madera separadas y algo de almacenamiento.

Highly recommend

Fab house for big group. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with showers), fab lounge/dining/kitchen area downstairs to socialise in. Short easy walk from station, 2 min walk to the beach. Easy check in. Dreamy stay. Only slight issue was that more than one person showering at once was a problem for water pressure, which is odd for a house of this size (and accommodating that many guests).

The house is in a great position for beach and local town, greta for walking and we walked both ways along sea front, it good to find so many independent restaurants for a choice to eat

Lovely stay

Our family spent a wonderful week in Malvern House in Deal. Close to the Beach and to Deal Castle we had lovely walks and a great time in and around Deal. The house US spacious and very cosy at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped, the baths are modern and very nice. The Keepers Cottages Team is always very helpful and extremely friendly. Can‘t wait to come back next year.

Great house at the beach

Malvern House was the perfect house to spend an exciting week in Deal. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the bathrooms perfect for our eight-people-family… the living-room was our children‘s most favourite place to relax in the comfortable sofas or to read books during short rain periods. The Hufe dining table was ideal for pur common meals or to sit together and Play games. We enjoyed every moment in Malvern House.

Five Star Stay

From our very first contact with Keepers Cottages, until we had to delay our departure time because of a trip to 'urgent care', everything was perfect. Our booking for Malvern House in Deal was handled very efficiently and promptly. We received all the information we needed plus emailed helpful hints and local information to ensure a trouble free stay. The house itself was ideal for our family group which included two young children and a puppy. Arriving to see a lit up Christmas tree and local goodies in the kitchen, was an added bonus. The house was maintained to a high standard and equipped with everything we needed. The location, moments from the seafront, was ideal. As parking on the road has restrictions, we had to juggle with our three cars but this was a minor issue. Deal itself is very pretty with a wealth of places to eat and independent shops - all very walkable. We had a great stay and hope to return again.

Good location for beach and walks to Walmer

Our group of 6 adults, 4 children (3-15), a baby and a puppy had a great time and the house suited us well. Kitchen was well equipped and large basement room was a great social space Negatives were noise from the busy road, parking challenges, no blackout blinds and a yard at the back with holes and broken slabs that was too dangerous for young children. However we had a great time and would return, especially if some of the negatives were fixed. Keepers Cottages were a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely house, good location, difficulties with parking

We arrived in Kent and rang Keepers Cottages as we had travelled 6 hours and they let us in the house early. Beautiful house and location. Parking rather difficult and could not park anywhere close at times as all full. Did manage to find out with blue badge(disabled badge) can park anywhere for indefinite time period even in permit holder bay. Very well equipped property and any issues were resolved. Would definitely use again when visiting family in Deal. Having a pint of milk there on arrival and basic essentials was also very helpful - thank you all for making a difficult reason for travel more comfortable

Some shortcomings affected our experience

The cleaner was still working when we arrived and was there for a further hour....not a great start. During our stay we had a number of small problems...oven making a rattling noise, water pressure in the showers variable to non-existent, taps in upstairs bathroom loose, no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, small patio garden and garden furniture in need of tlc...looking very tired. Our original booking had been swapped as our original choice became unavailable unfortunately. On the plus side, the kitchen was well equipped, the downstairs space was good for our group and the location was great ,apart from having to park the cars 5-10 minutes away from the house. We felt that we had paid q high amount for this holiday house and we didnt get value for money

A comfortable family house in a lovely town!

Malvern House is a comfortable, clean and well-equipped family home which served as a good base for our visit as a family of 7 adults. I grew up in Deal so know it well and it was good to go back to see what has changed and what has stayed the same. There were some minor issues with the property over the course of our stay but the customer service and support provided by Keeper's Cottages was excellent and we heartily recommend them as a company. The house is situated very close to the beach on a short but busy road. There is no parking at the property so the advice from the company about where to park for free during our stay was very helpful. We had 2 cars as we had come from different parts of the country and we decided not to move the cars at all over the course of our stay- we enjoyed lots of lovely walks and runs in Deal itself (including the Walmer and Deal Seafront parkrun which was great), and we travelled to Canterbury and Sandwich by train. It is very easy to get around Deal and everything you might need is available within a short walk so it is very possible to have a good holiday without using a car.

Room window isolation problem

Rent for 10. The table was designed for maxi 6/8 persons. In the first floor bedroom (street size) 2 windows couldn't be fully closed due to bad installation. We could hear the cars all along the night which was very annoying for sleeping (bring your ear buds) . Worse, the bedroom was very cold and windy (november). Disappointed...

Beautiful Deal

The house is lovely and it’s big enough that we were not on top of each other during our stay. 10 good friends away for a special occasion. The letting company were really good when we had a few issues. The only other problems we found was that the owner will not get parking permits for guests even though they are available from Deal Council and that the house is on a busy one way road, traffic at all hours. The house is a short walk to the beach and the town. Deal is such a pretty place, lots to do and despite the busy road I would book again. However, I hope if we do, that parking permits will be available.

Spacious, elegant large house

We were a group of 9 all female friends celebrating my birthday. The house was perfect in every way, large, spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The decor was light and airy and the house was nice and clean. Excellent central location.
