Booked deluxe king, got a reg. King. When asked why said all was already booked and no changes could be made since i booked thru 3rd company (orbitz) also no refund of difference. Breakfast was 2 small muffins, fruit dish and small water served in paper bag. .
Clean, friendly, well priced motel. Nicely renovated within the last few years. Rooms circle an indoor pool/ hot tub - fun to watch families having fun. Breakfast was a bagged meal - a little small but much appreciated with Covid dining restrictions in place. Highly recommend for travelers.
We were very impressed by our room - easy access, comfortable, and spacious.
Inexpensive and tidy; easily accessible from I-90. However, the low rate and location gave an uncomfortable and paranoid feeling from staff. Every time I walked through the door, it was head-to-toe staring and assessment~just a single woman, needing to sleep, completely sober. This leads me to believe there are and have been shady dealings there before. Not really a place I’d subject kids. More of a traveling guy hotel, construction workers or a young couple is best.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful and our experience was awesome. We are recommending to friends and family. Conveniently located off the interstate and by many sites.
Great value if you want a clean, inexpensive, quiet, friendly hotel. Not fancy but the beds were very comfy and our kids loved the pool!
We had to make a quick trip and were tight on funds, so we chose this hotel as it was the nicest hotel with the lowest price per room. They had free wifi (even though it was in and out) and breakfast. They didn't however specify that there was no elevator. So when we were given a room on the 3rd floor and I was informed I (a pregnant woman) had to carry all our luggage, a baby, and all the baby gear up three flights of stairs, I was not impressed. That made the stay not as pleasant, but the room was okay. The pool area was nice, too. Also, we brought leftovers from dinner one night and put them in the minifridge in the room, and the next day when we opened it, the smell almost made me sick. We didn't realize the minifridge wasn't even cold. So check before putting food in there. The staff was friendly, and the waffles were delicious. We would stay again, but we'd be requesting a ground level room for sure.
perfect top location to ride bikes from beginning to ride loops of the roads around the national forest. Stayed 5 days and rode approx 7 hours a day. The hot tub was a welcome sight for tired and sore muscles. Could have had more choices in the breakfast lounge but did eat well. Special thanks to Roxanne for all the help and knowledge of the area she sure made the roads less confusing. Would def. stay there again. (maybe next year)
Everything was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was ok. There are no rooms on the entry level or check in floor. We had my 91 year old mother with us and had to go up one flight of stairs. No elevator so she needed some help. Maybe some mention of that in the information would be of help for others. If I were traveling without her I would stay here again.
We liked the stay in this Super 8, the sign is clear for the direction, the room is clean and location is very convenient,
Staff was very prompt with getting all of the customers to a safe location during a tornado warning
The staff was excellent! They helped us with a screw up that happened threw the company that i booked through at no extras charge. The company that i booked through would have charged us to fix their mess up. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

Hello, As said on google reviews When you made reservations with us which you made through expedia. March 4th you made a reservation for a single king at $75.25 with tax, that was your first nights stay. The second night you also made it through expedia and also booked a single king on the ground floor for $72.04 with tax. Both of our jacuzzi suites were booked already for that weekend. The jacuzzi suites ran 108 plus tax for that weekend. Thank you for your input and we apologize for any inconvenience.
