This place was absolutely disgusting for the money. My google review has pictures of my room. The floor was disgusting, the shower head barely worked, and there was an unpleasant smell. Stay anywhere else in this town.

My son & myself stayed in one room, my Mom in the other. We were moved to 3 different rooms each (so 6 total) because they were so filthy. Bathrooms not cleaned, dirty washcloths in the bathrooms, nail clippings on the floors, rooms were never vacuumed. The staff & Maintenace guy were friendly enough. But this was the worst experience, totally unacceptable & to top it all off. We learned another couple had the same experience with their room. Not sure if they stayed or not. We left the next day & thanks to hotels.com for getting us a FULL refund!

Nice hotel, fun pool and hot tub. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Our room had a front and back door. The back door was to the hallway towards the pool. So the hallway light came around our curtain all night and our room was lit up. We were also next to the ice machine and elevator. We were woken up many times. I would just request not to be in a location like that and it will be good.

I went to make a cup of coffee in my room in the Keurig in the hotel and when I poured water into the Keurig bugs crawled out of the back of the Keurig. The room was old rundown dirty. There was no shower curtain on our shower, we used up all of our towels trying to mop up the bathroom floor. Somebody was out vacuuming the hallway in front of our room at 8:30 in the morning. This is a pretty gross place to be. I felt like I needed to get onto my next hotel so I could get another shower. You don’t wanna sleep there eat there walk on the floor in your bare feet there.

Room air conditioner wasn’t working properly so the room was hot all night, guests truck alarm went off outside our hotel room all night long and the front desk couldn’t find the owner. Overall average stay but for what we paid for two nights we ended up not even staying there the second night
