Our place is family and ski hills are a short drive away as well as tons of relaxing, hiking, biking and kayaking. Shared hot tub, gym, AC, private balcony, BBQ, and free secured underground parking.

Welcome to our cozy condo nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains!

**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
This mountainside condo features one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and one queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. There's a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo with all essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, towels, toilet paper, etc.

Living room: Sofa bed.

**LOUNGE AND KITCHEN**
The stylish, yet comfortable sofa and lounge chair in the living area provides a great view of both the fireplace and television to enjoy your favourite movies!

The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 3 and a dining table with seating for 4.

Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private patio with your cup of tea and a favorite book.

Keep up with your fitness routine while you’re on the go with the extensive exercise room or enjoy the heated hot tub after a big day of adventure next to the amazing shared fire pit and BBQ.

**LOCATION **
The condo is located in Dead Man’s Flats where you can experience the Canadian Rockies away from the busy tourist centers. It is a convenient 10-minute drive to Canmore, 30 minutes to Banff, and 30 minutes to Kananaskis! The suite is perfect for couples, families, and friends looking to explore the Bow Valley and the Canadian Rocky Mountains!

Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and free underground parking for one vehicle. More vehicles can park underground for a fee or park outside around the condo building.

-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 7 ft.

-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent. It may close if the air temperature is below -20 degrees Celsius.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
