The toilet wouldn't flush and staff member name Heather said that I couldn't get something off of my stay because I did everything online but I paid at the hotel. I just got discussed because that's not sanitary and the plunger broke and I'm using it all of the while I was there.

Room was only cleaned the first day but not again for the 4 more night we stayed. Had to go to desk to ask for towels. Bed was broken and was told maintenance would fix it and the frame came out from underneath the bed the next time someone sat on it. Lamp and alarm clock did not work either. Toilet seat was busted.

Terrible hotel There was a club next to the hotel that had loud music until 1 am. People were talking in the hallways so loud . There was a fight in one of the rooms at 5 am and people were shouting for over an hour. I could barely get any sleep that night Room conditions were terrible and smelled really bad

Very clean rooms. very very comfortable beds and pillows very sweet staff. Their breakfast is decent with a couple hot options however they have a lot of other options like oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and things like that that will suffice. Housekeeping is outstanding. Highly highly highly recommend especially for the price.
