No elevator, hallways and stairs were dirty. Shower sprayed over curtain getting floor vanity an mirror wet. Food was marginal. Staff was very nice.
Upon check in we were give room key cards to a room that was occupied. My teenage daughter and I walked in on individual changing their clothes. Upon returning back to the front desk to explain the situation the staff expressed their apologies and said they need to check why that person is in the room as an employee or friend of an employee. I felt very unsafe!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable! They were so hard. I did not sleep well at all.

We were visiting family and friends in Brookings. The location seemed to be location. The only real problem we had was the room key. We had to get it reset three or four different times because they had cancelled it out.
