Everything was clean (great) although the bathroom wallpaper was peeling pretty bad. The sheets I know were clean, they were extremely bleach smelling. I like clean, but that was too much. Everything else was great.

Hotel was clean and the room was clean. The Staff was polite and accommodating. Two minor complaints: 1)The carpet in the elevators needs to be replaced. It was showing severe wear. 2) lighting in the room was very dim because there are no ceiling lights.

For a smaller city in South Dakota, the hotel was decent. You can tell it’s been around for a while with some low budget attempts to update it- the corners were dirty, the carpet is worn and in need of replacing and the pool is SUPER chlorinated. No hot tub as advertised online, which was a bummer. Good breakfast choices in the complimentary breakfast room and the bed was comfy. The room was really warm though and we had to turn on the AC when it was 20 degrees outside. Overall- it was decent for our one night stay.

We had trouble with the tv in our room. The staff was very accommodating in getting to our concerns quickly. When unable to correct the issue, they offered options on how to proceed.
