Lack of Communication
Staff was friendly. The pool was closed the whole weekend which was the whole point of us getting a hotel room and choosing that hotel because of the water slide. I would have appreciated a call before the weekend that the pool was going to be closed. Yes I would have cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere because I have 2 little kids that is just easier having a pool on site.

Broken tile in the bathroom, cut my toe. The middle tile in the bathroom is not stuck down and I stepped on it. My skin got caught between the tile Staff was not friendly

The pool/hot tub were closed all 4 days of our stay. We took cold showers, our sink leaked, toilet ran constantly and our fridge sounded like a tank. They also had one of the worst breakfasts I’ve seen In quite awhile. Will never stay here again!

We had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half before our room was ready. Check in is at 3, we got to our room at 4:30. Hot tub was out of service, Pool slide was closed, and that was the main reason we choae that hotel over the others. Would not stay again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was good. The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is the fact the pool slide was not open during the week (only open on weekends) and we were there during the week. It was the main reason we choose this hotel. The hot tub was also closed. We had a whole day to fill and planned on spending most of that time enjoying the hottub, pool and the slide, but we didn't use it at all the second day, only spent a couple of hours the first night in the pool and hottub.
