Great location, front desk staff very nice and clean pool area. Only had 2 towels and one coffee pod in our room for 4 people. Unfortunately very loud and structure very thin....could hear everything
Great breakfast; friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to try to lessen the odor of cleaning products/air deodorizer son the room. The staff were friendly and very efficient.
I always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because of the consistency from one place to the other.
We were in town for a college visit. The hotel is not far from SDSU.

Breakfast was great, Staff was friendly, and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I can remember sleeping in for a hotel. Only con was that the walls were very thin. My neighbors were up until at least 1am socializing, and I somewhat felt like I could hear most of it. Then there were a lot of other noises all through the night as well. I would stay here again though, the one con was heavily outweighed by all the pro's. Wish my kids would have been with me. They would have loved the water slide in the pool area.
Had a great weekend in Brookings and the motel was a great home base for us during all our activities.
