Clean and a good value.
Dingy would be how I describe the room. Dark and very bad lighting. The grout in the bathroom was dirty looking and the tub area might have some mold growing. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Pool was the best part of it and was great for kids.
Property was dated and not clean. Breakfast was a joke nothing out to eat. The man putting out breakfast was rude when asked about the lack of food out there.
Very very unfriendly greeting, actually no greeting;rather a gruff “rooms aren’t cleaned”. I asked for check in time and he said 3pm (it was 2:30 at time of questioning). When I returned at 4pm, there were 4 room keys waiting for check in. Great location, off interstate, new carpeting in room, bathroom dirty, mattresses lumpy (literally), tv froze, ac worked but either cold or off. I realize hotel is old however entrance doors / windows could have been wiped down, trash around exterior. I know you get what you pay for however the unfriendly staff was the biggest deterrent, they also did not wear name tags.
All good.

Extremely dissatisfied for the second time with this hotel. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and smelled musty, no water pressure to shower as my wife had to wash her hair in the sink, no tv remote which we called the front desk and no one brought a remote.
They updated the outside of the building, but our room was very outdated. We were almost afraid to sleep there. The carpet was disgusting! I found toenail clippings on the floor. It obviously had not been vacuumed.
Only good thing was that it was close to the interstate, the lobby is a huge misrepresentation of the hotel. As soon as you leave the main lobby it’s a dump.
The pool is their best asset and their only one. The room we walked into had ants, throw up stain on the wall, blood stain on the wall, dirty floor, towel that were supposed to be white but were gray. We walked out and got our money back. Obviously their money goes to their water park and not their rooms!!
Great price with a nice waterpark. Overall we were happy with our stay. They were able to accommodate a special request. However, our room cleanliness was just ok. Bedspread was dirty. Four separate times we asked for more towels and we were told they were all in the wash. Front desk said they would call when they ready, but we never got a call. Pool area was clean and comfortable. The actual pool water was kind of chilly. Restaurant on site was very good and handy.
Room was dirty, when i mean dirty the maid took the time to remake the bed that when you lifted the comforter up it had a syrup spot about a foot big on the bottom side that was still runny syrup. The room had no toilet paper in it. Smelt like smoke. They switched us rooms, went to the new room bed was clean but floor hadn't been vacuumed. The door did not lock. Breakfast in the morning everything was gone by a little after 8 and then was told that they are not supposed to refill anything even though it goes until 10am. Main poil was shut down. No towels. When asked for towels they said they were out of them/everything is dirty. The reset of the water park was nice.
The staff was amazing! The pool area was great. The rooms weren’t as clean as I would have hoped. There was food on the comforter.
Looks like it was a good property at one time. Really run down, stinky and needs repairs.
