Seychelles Condominiums is located in sunny Daytona Beach Shores just North of Ponce Inlet. Seychelles boasts an oceanfront pool deck, private beach access, heated pool, indoor hot tub, fitness center, and shaded BBQ area which includes two gas grills. Being located between many private homes and no public beach access points allows this area of the beach to remain a peaceful part of the beach. The condominium is also located on one of the very few no-drive sections of the beach. Within a quick, 5 minute drive of the home are the very popular Boondocks grill which features casual, riverfront dining.
Please note that through all of 2025 there will be concrete restoration at this complex. This unit's "stack" is being directly worked on only from January-May 2025 so the noise impact is not directly effecting this unit after that point. Some noise will still be heard during from June-Dec 2025, especially on the balcony, but only during workdays and work hours. This work is concrete restoration so it is indeed very loud and involves jackhammering. Timelines and impacts subject to change.
Each room in this beautiful, oceanfront unit is tastefully adorned with new furniture, televisions, linens and décor. The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat-screen television, and private balcony access. The ensuite primary bathroom has his/hers vanities, an over-sized walk-in shower, and private toilet closet. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed, flat-screen television, and adjacent full bathroom with a shower tub combo. There's a convenient, private laundry room just off the kitchen.
Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, new furnishings and your flat-screen television. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in bar. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has an adjacent built-in wine bar. Decompress on your sprawling, oceanfront balcony while listening to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feeling the soft ocean breeze.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company on the mainland upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Amazing condo with possible ghost resident
Absolutely amazing condo! Great views. Immaculate and modern decor. Great beds. But … while reading a book in bed late one night I heard very clearly a woman’s voice say “hello” and saw a faint light in master bathroom. Several nights later husband watching TV said someone said “Hey” and we both saw at different times a dark shadow come down hall wall and stop at master bedroom wall. Kitchen light came on one night and faint light was in dressing area.

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and we had two grandchildren stay for one of the weeks. Condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything worked as expected except for the sliding door to the bedroom is quite stiff and difficult to open and close. That was the only thing that we would have any issue with, almost not worth mentioning it all. Communication with the property management was always open and responsive. The check-in process was very simple and straightforward. We saw guests at this building of all age ranges and everyone that we met was friendly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the views from the balcony on this unit are very very nice. No complaints at all. Would recommend this to any family although it might be a bit elegant for very young children. Also included a wet bar area with wine cooler and anything that would be needed to create your own cocktails minus the alcohol of course. Dishwasher is quiet and excellent, washer and dryer are new and very good. We both love the shower in the master bathroom and having two separate rooms in the master bathroom for each sink is also wonderful.

Spectacular Condominium!
The condo was beautiful and very clean with up to date amenities. The 15th floor view was just amazing with both significant ocean front, but to our surprise, also a great view to the north of both the inter coastal and Port Orange bridge.
The owner/ management team of this particular condo unit were extremely easy and pleasant to work with!
We would highly recommend this place… our family will be back. DV
