It is a timeshare resort so expect a 90min(5hr) tour and if you need more than 1 car, you have to book a 3 or 4 bedroom not a 1 or 2 cause they wont give it to you but public parking for 30dollars a bight is available across the wtreer

Courteous staff. Nice daily activities. Housekeeping sent anything I requested quickly. We asked for repair the refrigerator icemaker, and it was done right away. We asked for repair on the heating unit several times until finally the fourth engineer realized it needed a shot of Freon. They were very responsive for every concern. We were upgraded from Ocean view to oceanfront without asking. The people who stay here are also amazing and kind. Parking was convenient and easy in the garage. Timeshare quality 100%!!!

Everything was very clean. Bartenders were all great. The extra activities (Santa and Grinch) were an awesome addition. Our only complaint is when the security staff overstepped and yelled at kids in the pool for playing football rather than address parents.

We had to wait in three different lines to get keys, go through security and then get arm bands! It took over 20 minutes. When I said how much longer because we had been driving for hours the one worker said at least we weren’t still sitting!! Room just ok door barely closed and coffee pot no coffee
