Cons: The carpet is filthy, which constantly gave us the icks. We moved some chairs around to create some visually cleaner spaces. It was gross. The cooking apparatus was the absolute lowest quality, like 3 super thin tin skillets, the 3 for 9.99 set. The largest was so damaged it was not useable. The 2nd smallest wasn't usable after cooking on it one time. One of the 2 sauce pans was bent so the lid didn't fit. I rang Mr. McMinimum to get a new set, never heard back. The place is super dated and in disrepair. Coffee table broken, lamps broken, appliances rusty, NO SMART TVs . . . cable only. Used the On Demand feature as some reprieve. Counters laminate. Garbage Disposal didn't work, but I just tried the reset button and thankfully that resolved, so 2 days no disposal.I was very tempted to ask for a partial refund . . . I was so put off by the cooking situation and the carpet, but my husband went and got us some better cookware . . . things got better from there.Pros:-Comfortable beds-View from the room-Starbucks coffee in the lobbyLots of potential, but this place needs a serious facelift. Absolutely not worth the price they charged.
