*AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF.
The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.

■ If you have a larger group or two families , we do have another unit in same building with side ocean view . Please message for more details to check availability and reserve both units.

■ CANCELLATION
Guests are advised to purchase "Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance," as our cancellation policy will be strictly followed.

The place is very nice. It’s obviously been remodeled, not too long ago I believe it originally this was a motel of sorts and the rooms were converted to individual efficiency apartments great view of the beach. The only complaint really, and it was not my understanding when I read it completely so it’s on me. The air conditioning is only set at one temperature. You can only turn it on and off to regulate so I wish each unit had its own unit. But would stay again

Awesome.

No complaints here and I would say the lister did everything above and beyond to insure a great experience. Just make sure you have a plan if you bring more than one car as it's exceptionally hard to find overnight parking in Daytona.
