Checked in and told them I had to make a second reservation to add a day because I couldn't amend the reservation I already had. They said no problem and I was told we could stay in the room for the entire 6 days I was going to be at the racetrack. The next day I went to the track and received a message that they moved my belongings out of my room. I called to talk to the manager and was told there wasn't one there. I said fine, I will drive over and tell you my issues. Five minutes later I get a call from a lady telling me she was the general manager. She she returned quickly.....nott the customer service I was expecting. We race every yesr and have for the last 23 years. I guess I will find a different hotel next year.
