Unfortunately this hotel is not clean, weed smell and noisy. The worst thing was Bed bugs. I wanted to have a night sleep to catch early morning flight, but could not sleep.

Didnt use the pool, had reserved a balcony but when i checked in , none was available, room semi clean. Toilet stopped up real quick and the handle on the shower was broken and would not turn off and on properly. Parking lot was horrible. Alot of the empty spots located around back and side with no lights. The back of the property totally dark.

My room (122) had a bathroom infested with bugs (from tiny specks to half inch cockroaches). They came out at night and I saw them while going to use the bathroom at 4AM, and killed ten before giving up and going to the desk to change rooms (note I lived in Florida before and understand the insect situation: this was bad). The bathtub drain cover was sitting on the side of the tub, so the drain (or uncovered wall pipe to the faucet handle) was probably where they were coming from, so I reattached it. The tub faucet handle was so stiff I thought there was no water to the tub/shower, but found that I had to yank it with serious force to get it to work. While packing up I killed another two in the bathroom and one on the room wall near the TV. There was one working icemaker, on a different floor and far away from my room. The one near me dispensed nothing, even though the cooling system was running. Breakfast had six hot food bins with metal lids that burned you if you touched them. Four of the bins were empty (at 8AM on a Tuesday), two had reconstituted scrambled eggs. I tried to make toast, but the toaster belt turned out to be jammed so my bread became stuck in the back along with some previous other items I couldn’t reach, creating a fire hazard I had to report at the front desk because there was no one around the breakfast room. Didn’t matter anyway because there was no butter for the toast. I had breakfast elsewhere.
