Room was not ready for hours late, Was given room already Occupied,Yes we opened the door with key and a couple was in the room Not Good. They had Computer problems for days they said, Where’s IT no back up plan for a other little things when I stay at a 4star hotel I Expect a lot more than I received. Dennis Ritchie
Best place when there is a race
Property was was wonderful the staff was great, especially the night bartenders. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioner in the restaurant, Bar or any hallways. Due to the heat it was uncomfortable to sit at the restaurant
The location was awesome. Good restaurants close by. Nice pool area. Staff was very friendly.
Pros: *Clean *Modern *Huge shower *King bed super comfortable *Pillows very soft *Plenty space to move around *Wall thermostat (keeps temp in room consistent) *Many food choices very close by *Entertainment close by *Very nice pool and Cabanas with TVs CONS: *Finding entrance & reception! Very confusing *Scheduling maid service 24hrs before, (then mix up on time... afternoon scheduled, 9am door knock to clean. Didn't come back till we called again) *Hottub temp, (much hotter than displayed 104 degree max) *NOT a free breakfast, (didn't know until a $20 per person bill was put on table... free seating, plates available, No signs or menus to state otherwise) *Breakfast buffet VERY lacking for cost (less food choices than most "Free Continental Breakfasts" at other hotels) (oh, incase you're expecting these, no bagels, white bread, pancakes or waffles...) *DESTINATION Fee (never disclosed Anywhere till we got the business card size notification in our room key envelope) *VERY LOUD AC/furnace (when shuts down, super quiet... Then pops on and startles with the loudness) *$50/day incidental hold, on top of room charges (extra $350 held for a weeks stay, I'm thinking at $200 a night, I won't be having incidentals to this degree!) Overall, very clean and comfortable room, lacking on communication with the guests.

The resort was nice and very modern to my liking. Close to dinning options that were walking distance. The highlight of my evening was at the hotel bar. The bartender was more than just a “drink pourer”. Jes, the chef, was passionate about every drink she crafted personally for her guest. It went beyond simple recipes to her walking the guest through each step of her prepping the smoked cherries, the dehydrated fruits and the sculpted ices that she personally perfected minutes before their arrival. She taught the bar guests (visually) why it was called “The Blue Flame”. Having a restaurant background, I was astonished at the detail and precision she placed on everything! I hope YOU reading this can appreciate her value during this Covid time. Her passion for high standards will separate you from the mediocre that surrounds you. I cannot wait to sit at your bar again and learn from Jes.
