Esta casa de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra directamente al otro lado de la calle de la playa. My kids and I enjoyed our stay, and Lisa was prompt with communication. The listing was accurate. The beach wagon, chairs, and towels were wonderful to have. Not sure we needed the pool heated, but it was nice to come back to after a day at the beach!

Very clean! Great location, close to the ocean, everything you need to take on your day to the beach is there and easily accessible. The kids loved having our own private pool during our stay. Owners are very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation/Bike week

This was an amazing place to stay. Minutes from the beach. Walking or driving. My kids loved the in ground pool. We couldnt swim at night because there was no pool lights or an outside light bright enough to see.love the open floor concept. There is a publix close by within walking distance. My only problem was the back yard had no lights to see and no working fire alarms. Other than that we loved the place and cant wait to come back.

The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Love, love this location. We walked in and tried to rebook for next year right away. We visit Daytona every year. The location was perfect. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only advice I could offer if you’re an early bird do not take the master, the bedroom doors have limited privacy with bi-fold doors, and is right off the living room. If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses bring a mattress pad. The backyard is fenced in and was great for my grandson to have some freedom to run and play. The pool area was a great size for a family of 7. We didn’t even go out to eat the kitchen was so enjoyable to cook in. Gas Grill was great addition. With outdoors dining table and chairs with lots of extra seating, the lounge chairs were a perfect way to spend all the day. Lisa was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Not only did her rental live up to and surpass our every expectation. She found us a place to park our trailer the week before when my father, brother and myself were in Daytona for Bike Week. I could not say enough thank you’s. But here’s one more Lisa. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The house was nice and newly renovated. Some minor work still needs to be done but didn’t change experience. Only able to use pool twice because weather was cooler and the heater was only on for a timed 8 hours with no solar cover to help prevent heat loss so it took most of the day to get to 80+. Everyone said they had a good time and would stay there again.
