The drinks little store next to check in are very mean , bartenders also probably because of too many people at the hotel .. but not a good experience… next year I’ll try another one ..

The room was clean. The main issue is that it is not handicap accessible. As a handicapped person once you make it on pool deck if you have to use restroom you have to walk down this very long and steep ramp into the basement, then walk down and up several other ramps to get to elevator then you have to take elevator to lobby and then ho across a very large lobby to get to restroom. And there is nothing other than the pool for kids to do. The other issue is that it is right downtown and it was super congested just getting the car in and out. If you decide to walk around, it is difficult due to the construction going on in and around property along with the countless homeless people you may encounter. It is a good place for people in their 20s without kids but is not the place for your family. I would recommend the Shores or even the Holiday Inn.

Didn’t like the rudeness of the woman working at the coffee station on Saturday afternoon. She wasn’t very pleasant and walked away from the counter as we were checking out without saying a word, then came back and had an attitude when we were asking her pricing questions about some of the products.

Everything stood out at this location. First of all beautiful, absolutely gorgeous resort so great first impression when you first walked in the door. Secondly and I cannot say enough about this. The people the staff so friendly so courteous just amazing staff from the people who greeted me to the servers in the restaurant to the outdoor bartender to the young woman running the little snack bar on the side everyone was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Third the room and the view was spectacular. I mean, who does not want to wake up every morning and stare out at a beautiful ocean. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean very modern just ideal. Within two hours of arriving at this resort I decided I was coming back and staying there again. I can’t say enough about how great this place is!!!
