There was a service fee of $30 per day. The claim was that the services included wifi but later they said the wifi was complementary. Moreover the wifi was not secure (encrypted) and so we did not use it. Other services included providing extra shampoo, etc. The service fee was unacceptable. Also the parking cost $18 per night not including tax. So they added $50 per day to our bill.

First time staying at this property and it was absolutely gorgeous. I love the balcony view of the ocean because I’m a beach person. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything was clean. I will be back again for a future stay.

The resort was as it seems, very nice and clean. Got charged a $200 for a "Hold" that I was told from state the day previous that the only check in fee's are around $33 dollars per night. Then after checking out my account shows a $105.84 charge from the "Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort", so the I call and inquire I am told that it was a 3rd party charge from Hotels.com for Parking and Resort fees. None to which I had any idea about. DO NOT GO HERE. They will take you money with a smile. 1 star really.
