I want to be fair with this. You can't beat the price. But... while it's not an awful place, and the rooms are clean enough, it is old and not super well-maintained. We've stayed here three times over the last few years and it feels like it's on the decline a bit. It's a good place to lay your head at night for a good price. If you're looking for a great hotel with all the amenities, this is probably not your place. If you're looking for the Hyatt or similar, this isn't it. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, tolerable place to sleep--this might be the one for you.

Wifi was moStly offline. Dirty wash cloth. Breakfast minnimal.

only 6 rooms occupied and we were put in handicap room with view of air conditioners. Shower needs repaired. Not enough towels or washcloths or cups. appears set up for one person!!! Room was clean.

Property looks OK from outside but the rest on inside is in need of huge renovation. You name it...they need it. Picture is deceptive on Orbitz site. Two Star would be high!!! One Star or No Star. Wall paper in Dining Hall coming off wall. Carpets are so, so old and stained...you really need to evaluate.

The room was dirty and run down. I had requested non-smoking and ended in a smoky room.

Came in for family wedding. Wonderful location centrally where all the action was. Was treated with respect, loved the breakfast. Thank you

Beds and pillows very hard. Breakfast was a joke. Pool was not available though it was advertised.

This is a standard design for an older Ramada Inn, but the facility is badly worn out and in need of a major renovation. Examples: holes in wall, cracked sink, smells like smoke, halls dirty.

Booked through a third party, hotels in the area were filling up due to quite a few events. I clicked on non smoking but was assigned a smoking room. No cancellation policy. Still, the hotel staff and the third party all worked to try changing us to a non smoking room. Upon arrival, the evening check in gentleman was very understanding and polite and offered to provide a room refresh unit. The smoke smell in the room was enough to irritate my husband's eyes but didn't *reek*. We tolerated it just fine for the weekend. My observation was that this area of the hotel was reserved for smokers and, while clean, wasn't the newest ceiling or paint. The blankets and carpet were all burn free. I had a jacuzzi! I used it and didn't fear for my life. Overall, we'll stay here again but without using the third party-I'll go through Ramada directly. I can't speak to the elevators or the non smoking rooms in the rest of the hotel, but I was quite happy with the overall atmosphere, the pleasant staff, and the cleanliness of the room. Lots of electrical outlets for charging electronics. Clean, hot water with plenty of pressure.

Worst experience ever! Hotel is old and outdated and nasty! But what makes matters worse is the rude staff at the front desk! Our room was very dusty and had not been properly cleaned and a room down from ours had the door pried open from whatever happened in there so we were too scared to leave our valuables in the room. I do not recommend this hotel too anyone. I have stayed at a super 8 way cheaper and cleaner and pleasantly happy staff .

Have stayed here at least 6 times. It serves the purpose while not being anything special. Some staff were cranky and one woman would not let me change to a room in a different location because I booked through Orbitz and not Ramada. They also let young boys, presumably theirs, have the run of the hotel, knocking on guest doors and then running, and stealing do not disturb signs.

The holet was under renovation it a great stay for the conditions

The room was clean but the bed was hard as a brick and the elevator was slow plus the 2nd one wasn't working. Also there was no identifying sign from the back and that was the way to enter so we had to drive all the way around to be sure we were in the right place and finally the breakfast bar was the weakest we had see in our over 20 days spent in the last 6 months at several different hotels from at least 5 different chains.

This is the second time there have been problems with the electronic locks on the doors. A significant nuisance when unable to gain entrance to a room that has been paid for.

The rooms were beat up. The hallways and carpets were filthy. Even what they called an upgraded bathroom had plumbing fixtures full of calcium and what looked like black mold in Jacuzzi tube that looked 20 years old. On 2 occasions my door key cards did not work and they told me it was the door card reader. When I got back one night my TV remote was missing from my room. When I called the front desk no one picked up. It finally went into a blank voice mail. I tried calling several times from the room phone and my cell but no one answered. I went downstairs to see if anyone was at the desk only to find myself again locked out of the room. On a positive note the staff were helpful when they were available. This facility is in great need of repair and upgrades. They rate a 1.8 in my book but I'll not be coming back. Can't recommend this place to anyone at this time.

Wifi didn't work, water leak in bath area, no hot breakfast, less than 24 hours in a day. Won't be back .
