Staff was very pleasant but as a whole the hotel is VERY run down. Very dark and dreary. It was clear there was serious water damage on some of the floors - my hallway had an old dirty fan blowing on the carpet. Probably will still somewhere else next time I am in town.

Decor and lobby is a bit dated but the views of Dayton and the convenient proximity to the fantastic Oregon neighborhood more than compensate.

For the price there should have been a kitchenette. It needs to be updated.

Hotel was very clean and updated. There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. A few blocks away are a bunch as well. You can pay to valet park ($15) or park yourself in an elevated garage. I was there on a Tuesday and the town was not active at all.

Stopped for the night heading from DC to Chicago. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable. Location of hotel near convention center didn't seem the best but nothing can be done about that. Decor was dated but clean.

Had booked a king but got a 2 queen room. Aside from that, great location, very very nice hotel, very convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the bar food & the staff was very friendly. Great entertainment at night. Everyone was very helpful & friendly.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My wife and I stayed previously and I enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect, only a couple blocks, down from Club Masque. The pool was outside, 3 ft - 9 ft.

My best friends and I stayed overnight here this past weekend (July 21-22, 2012) and enjoyed our stay. My friends slept for about 9 hours because the room and beds were so comfortable! Parking was FREE at the Dayton Convention Center across the street. Flat-screen TV, new furniture and carpet, refurbished bath make this hotel a fine choice for attending to business, Dragons ballgames, the ballet and orchestra, shows, etc. Downtown Dayton is very clean with beautiful architecture.
