Room was in good condition, nothing was broken and everything appeared clean. The room was outdated and light was poor. It’s good enough to sleep for the night comfortably and safely. Food was good as well. The front desk staff was very kind, however the guy at the restaurant was a little unwelcoming and seem unfriendly. I took my food back to my room for comfort

The staff in the Bristo. They were so nice and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. My only issue was with the shower stall. While it is sleek modern and beautiful design one can not turn on the water without stepping into the shower and getting wet. That was an issue because the water took about a minute to turn warm. I held my washcloth over the shower head until the temperature of the water warmed up.
