Everything is clean and the front desk man was very friendly and efficient. Our television would not let any channels come in though! Hard to entertain kids at night with no TV. The room was fresh and inviting though!
Hotel is close to UD campus, room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
Room was clean, bathroom clean but after taking a shower, it has a sewer smell. A/C was very noisy Staff was very friendly & helpful!
The room was clean and appeared to have been renovated in recent years. The bed had some low spots and could probably be replaced. The room was not cleaned in 4 night stay (which is hotel policy) in spite of 2 requests for just a quick turn over (just fresh towels and empty trash). We ended up accumulating trash bags in the room. The room was also quite loud at night. Although the traffic on the road is limited, the construction quality of the road and truck traffic make for a very loud night. A room on the side of the building facing the highway may have better noise control. It was very reasonably priced, the room and linens were clean and staff was friendly and accommodating (with exception of requested room "cleaning"). Acceptable experience for the cost. I would likely try another hotel in the area, but I am not upset about the stay. For the cost I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

Although the surrounding area was not desirable, the Red Roof Inn was very pleasant.
The Manager Lamas could not be any friendlier and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were like new and very comfortable. I have never seen such a modern air conditioning unit. Even a shower massage!! I highly reccomend staying here on your way through Dayton. Very close to the Wright Brothers museum.

This motel was in a rundown industrial area. The property was unkept, trash here and there. The room smelled badly, the floor was dirty, and there was food stuck to the unlined trash can. The parking lot on one side was full of pot holes. No breakfast was offered. Bottom line, choose a different hotel!
We were in a non-smoking room but the room still smelled smokey and a little musty. Was woken up at around 3:00am and then again 4:00am from loud groups of people outside our room.
The hotel is brand new and our room was so clean. I was extremely pleased with our stay for the price. We will definitely stay again.
