Hotel stated it was a full service hotel. No bellman, bar closed at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night. Therefore room service was also not available. My pillow cases were also dirty.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was really nice. Loved the cookies we got when checking in. Later when I mentioned to the front desk staff how good the cookies were they gave me another one. The only disappointing thing was that large portions of the hotel had no carpet and no wall paper so it was like going through a construction zone to get to my room. The room was perfect but a little bit warm when we first entered. Breakfast was pretty good but it was confusing as to whether we needed to be seated or were on our own. Not sure whether the staff served the coffee and drinks or if we were supposed to get our own. Never did get any service other than they did track down some apple juice for me but it was warm.

The only major downside was the construction zone all around the outside and in the main lobby. The original plan of 4-6 months has grown to >8 months to complete. I believe it will be an even better hotel when fully renovated. Wonderful!

Hotel was under construction but still very nice spot to stay. Staff were great!

The staff here is what makes it fabulous. The setting is beautiful, and the rooms immaculate. Could not have been happier.

Great overall value! Room very clean and comfortable, indoor pool and jaccuzzi very relaxing, all staff very professional, friendly, and helpful. Restaurant and room service quite good, bar well stocked with craft beers. Breakfast very good.

Check in was easy. Room was great A smoking room had been reserved after I had requested a non-smoking room. The desk asked me and switched it immediately. Great service.

Had great experience with maintenance worker named bill. He was very helpful and friendly when I was trying to use pool on Sunday. Think hotel should offer complimentary breakfast as lots of other hotels in area do.

My husband and I drove 20 minutes out of our way to stay at this hotel. The extra time in the car both ways was worth it because of the cleanliness and comfort of the room. They also accepted our pet for the night with an additional charge. Would stay here again.

While the overall quality of the hotel was fine, I wasn't terribly impressed with the staff when an issue with the front door came about. As I arrived the front door stopped working, which really isn't a big deal. That happened shortly before 7pm on a Friday night. I did a few hours of work and went to bed, knowing my husband would be checking in after I was already in bed. He did not get to the hotel until about 12:15am and he couldn't get in. I had to go down and let him in, which isn't the end of the world, but I had already been asleep and wasn't prepared to go downstairs. I would imagein that 5 hours is plenty enough time to get a door fixed but it wasn't, as we ended up having to have him come in a side door because the front door would not open by will or force from either of us. The hotel was nice, but this issue was a nuisance.

Liked the size of the room and comfort of bed and pillows. Front desk personnel were very nice and efficient. Overall good stay, and will book this hotel again

Excellent room size and comfortable mattress and pillows . Very friendly and efficient front desk personnel

The rooms are comfortable to visit with other famliy . breakfast was good.and rooms were clean and looked nice.

We checked in late on Friday evening and were very pleased with the ease of check-in and the warm cookies! Our room was a king suite which was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Love the huge bath towels! After settling in, we went exploring and ended up at the bar where we were given excellent service by Tim, the bartender. I have stayed in several different hotels in the Dayton area and would put Double Tree Suites at the top of the list.

The people, room and services were great. First time at a Double Tree but will stay there again.

The king size bed was nice in size but kinda too firm too sleep on. The rest of the room was huge and roomy.

We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and spa. The buffet had a good selection and had good quality food.

We visited with nearby family. It was very convient to shopping and good restaurants!

Our youngest child graduated from Kettering College of Medical Arts with her Masters degree. It was close by very easy to get to. It was VERY comfortable and has been one of my best experiences. The only snag we ran into was that we were not able to check in until around 10:30PM due to the ceremony times and check in time (3:00PM). We would have needed to be able to check in earlier. So alas we were not able to enjoy the room for as long as we would have liked to.

Great staff. Very accommodating.
