Staff was outstanding, always ready to help. I am handicapped and use a scooter. They showed me an easier way into the hotel, gave directions, told us about the best spot to get amazing sunset pictures, the best cafe for breakfast. If we are in Sydney again will always stay here. Room was wonderful.

Beautiful property. Getting checked in was a little slow because they only had one person, otherwise it was great. (The one person could have been time off day because there were three the next morning,)

My room was double booked by orbitz and hotel staff would not eliminate the extra room even though I had a confirmation that stated I wanted one room for two nights. Manager reviewed my reservation statement but still wanted to charge Orbitz for two rooms. Small average rooms....
Professionally run operation comparative to some other close by establishments. The staff were top notch and quite responsive in dealing with whatever issues arose in fantastic time. The rooms were wonderful, and the view of/proximity to the bridge was a big plus. Certainly my choice when returning to the Sydney area.
