Cody House is a beautiful Gulf Beachfront home with lovely sandy beach and incredible view. Located on a large West End gulf front thru lot Cody House is attractively furnished and well equipped. Large open great room with wonderful view and many extras for your enjoyment including Wi-Fi, a collection of beach books, computer nook, games and puzzles. Relax in comfort with four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath, Cable TV, reading lights and ceiling fans. Large Gulf front covered and open deck.
Cody House is pet friendly with a limit of 1 small dog, sized under 20 pounds. Amenities include: central heat/air-conditioning, full-size washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 5 cable TV's, DVD player, stereo and plenty of puzzles, games and books. Large, fully equipped kitchen with tons of counter space, all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker, blender, toaster and charcoal BBQ grill. Gulf Beachfront with large open and covered deck. Parking limited to 4 cars. Occupancy limited to 8.
