We had a wonderful stay at this cozy riverfront house in Dauphin, PA. The home was comfortable and had beautiful views of the river, making it the perfect spot for our smallmouth fishing trip with my kids and their uncle. We caught plenty of fish and made great memories. The owner was friendly, very responsive to messages, and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

The view is spectacular. The house was clean with lots of room to move around. The bed was comfortable. Loved being able to see the river view from every window and room. Very relaxing vibe. A favorite place was sitting on the deck on the porch swing. Sephi is a wonderful host.

Great little place to stay!

The house is nestled right on the Susquehanna River with great views and away from heavy traffic. The house was super clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only issue we had was that the "third" bedroom was a very small room with no AC and a small daybed, which, being older gentlemen, we had to draw straws to see who got stuck with that room. The owner was very communicative throughout the process and accommodating. We were there for a fishing tournament, so we spent very little time at the house and just needed it for showers and sleep, which served our purpose.

Amazing and peaceful

The house is peaceful, with a beautiful view of a lake, very relaxing. We enjoyed so much in the house. Everything was prepared so perfect and we can’t wait to come again.

Back Again

Second time to this property. The views are just amazing. The Susquehanna River is majestic and the house is right next to it. A few chairs, a fire, sunsets were awesome

Beautiful home and location

The sunsets are amazing on the river. We used the portable fire pit supplied by the owner, sat down by river next to a nice fire. Loved the house and location.

A perfect getaway

I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge in a beautiful setting! The house blended rustic charm with modern amenities. The comfortable beds ensured we had restful nights, while the deck provided a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee. Our host was exceptional.

Challenging river

Another 5 star stay!

We keep coming back to this amazing property and everytime we do, we wish we had come back sooner! From the amazing views out all the windows to the lovely modern furnishings inside this historic home this is a perfect place to relax. Always spotless, and fully stocked with everything you need and more. The owner Sephi is wonderful - he makes this property even more fantastic. The local area is wonderful too - don't hesitate to book this property!

Riverfront rhapsody

Nature wonderland! Treehouse-like 180 degree views of the mighty Susquehanna and mountains from wrap-around windows and decks of house! Gourmet kitchen! Super cozy livingroom-dining area! Bedrooms open onto decks! Lovely designer baths! House filled with gorgeous fun art! And outdoors are numerous seating areas, terraced paths and delightful sculptures! But above all, the owner-artist is immediately available for any questions and totally reliable, honest and very caring! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing Nature/Art/Design Retreat

Spectacular river and piedmont views! Gorgeous gorgeous house: fantastic design, every room with river views and light, extraordinary clean crisp gallery-lit display of art and sculpture, incredible outdoor sculptures, really fun open kitchen for happy cooking and visiting: and great communication with owner/artist!!!!

We had an amazing stay here! Sephi was a wonderful host and we loved the house! It was very clean, perfectly-appointed, and full of caring detail. Also, loved the artwork throughout. Beautiful mountain and river setting

The homes was super clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful views of the river very relaxing from everyday life. Only thing that was a little bummer was a better cleared out spot on the property for fishing otherwise excellent place to revisit.

"relaxing on the riverfront"

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this vrbo. It was soooo relaxing and fun!, also it was close to Harrisburg and we were able to drive into town within 20 minutes. we found some nice restaurants and even visited the capital building.

Spectacular view, great property

Gorgeous views of the river, well maintained property, and a very responsive property manager. My wife and I came just to relax for a couple days and loved reading and looking out over the river. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute Riverside Charmer! Again!

Our second visit was as amazing as the first one. Fall is a wonderful time to visit too! Lots of hiking opportunities close by, and then you get to enjoy the fabulous view from your dining room table as you eat your meals! House is perfect - clean, beautiful, perfectly stocked and the owner is top notch! You will love it!

Stupendous Susquehanna Sojourn

The interior integrates beautiful woodwork, a highly functional yet gorgeous kitchen that is well stocked, artwork that is joyous and imaginative, and wonderful light and lighting. The views are magnificent- hills, islands, bridges, endless freight trains across the river, raptors, and aquatic birds- all can be viewed with a telescope and binoculars provided by Stephi. The furniture is comfortable and inviting. We look forward to returning.

Amazing Home - Outstanding Views - Fantastic Art!

This is a great home right on the Susquehanna River with upgraded features, amazing views, creative art and a great Host! Sephi was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and hospitable. Home was well stocked and the art inside and outside was great to look at. Book this stay … if you want a great Home with amazing views of the river and oustanding service from the Host! Second stay as good as the first

Our second stay was just as good as the first. The house is so charming and appointed with everything you could want. We enjoyed the tubes on the river and sitting on the deck taking in the fabulous view.
