This is a quiet residential suburb in a new housing estate. There is a McDonalds at the entrance to the estate.

Guests will have full access to the main house (excluding locked storeroom under the stairs) and exclusive use of the pool and outdoor entertainment area.

There is a second self contained studio above the garage accessible only by external stairs that is rented separately. Studio guests will need to walk through the yard to access the stairs. There are no shared amenities or living spaces , they do not have access to the pool or patio.
