I didn’t like it.
When I was getting close to the area I was skeptical BUT this property had over a 3 rating and I was driving for 12 hours after being on a two week road trip so I took a chance. I looked at the photos and they seemed decent. It said full breakfast and pets ok. It was also a property you paid for right then and no cancellation. When I got there it looked awful on the outside and when I pulled up to check in the lights were dim and it had a little window for check in. I did notice a lady inside so I opened the door. Immediately I was hit with an awful smell and questioned about my dog. Then I asked about breakfast and was told there is a waffle maker, muffins and coffee and that the orange juice machine was broken. Once going to my room when opening the door it was so hot that the heat along with the stuffy smell was enough to knock you out. Some of the lights didn't work and when I finally got one to work I was horrified. I have been in some seedy places in my younger days but never anything like this. I was scared to even get on the bed and started inspecting for bed bugs. There were barely any plug ins and there were iron burns all over the carpet. It had an old rusty chain lock on the door and wallpaper part on and part off. I went to sit in the chair and it was falling apart. At this point if it wasn't for my dog I would've left and went across the street to the Pilot and slept in my car. I decided to take my dog out and noticed the place looked deserted. Horrible experie

we really sorry that you had horrible experience while your stay that night. we are working on are rooms and for some guest things don't work out but if you would let front desk know about your concerns she would be more happy to helped you out. sorry for any inconveniences.
