the 1st room they gave me wasn't done cleaning. the 2nd room had 5 lights in the bedroom. only 1 worked. tv didn't have power. i just gave up and went to bed. bed was nice

Everytime I stay it seems like there is always stains on the towels and wash clothes and the blankets and sheets have stains on them. They just need to use a bleach substitute or a whitener to the laundry.

The carpet was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower dripped all night (we had to put a towel in the tub to quiet it so we could sleep), the pillows were uncomfortable and the whole place needed refurbishing.
