Built in the 1960s, this building offers a modern feel while nestled in a historic urban neighborhood just outside Downtown. With a city park next door and Lower Greenville’s dining and cocktail scene only minutes away, our centrally located apartment provides a stylish and convenient experience. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details and start planning your stay. For guests with little ones we provide a Pack N Play (listed as a crib) Also access to free on site parking.

For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $45 non-refundable pet fee. This helps us keep our cleaning standards. Pets are also required to be crated if left alone while you are gone.
