Paying $60 a night for parking is a little much in my opinion.

Loved it has a titanic feel to it. Bar was nice as well

The bedding is very nice, pillows comfortable. I loved the lemonade offered in the lobby--not too sweet. The elevators, or at least one, seemed sketchy. Ours just stopped for a couple minutes between floors. The next day while waiting to go down, a young man emerged and said, "I wouldn't get in that elevator--it got stuck." So we walked down 15 flights of stairs. I also did not care for the bacchanal at the pool on Friday night. But I guess the hotel has to serve the townspeople too.

I was charged twice for the room. One by Orbitz and one by the hotel. I have tried to reach the hotel without success but will keep on trying.

Fabulous staff, friendly, helpful and professional

Great hotel;courteous service.Good food at restaurants;excellent location

The check-in process was easy with the friendly and efficient staff. It is a very elegant old hotel. I particularly like the sitting areas on each floor and a library of very nice books on the ground floor. The coffee shop is great. The only detractor was the corner room we stayed in came with early morning garbage clearance noises one very early morning. We enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous hotel, great service, great food, excellent pool. I can't wait to go back again.

We arrived at 3 pm to check-in, and were told our room wasn't ready. We had plans we had to cancel because our room wasn't ready until 5. Several guests in the lobby were having the same issue. It was a very odd experience.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was very helpful and nice! I will definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to others!

Nice hotel, right in the heart of downtown Dallas. They are upgrading their rooms from the last time we stayed. This is a huge plus :) The only negative: housekeeping came way too early! It was 7:30 and My kids weren't even awake, and they were knocking on our door.

We came from Plano on the DART to see Alvin Ailey at the Winspear Opera House. An easy walk from the train, check-in was smooth. Our room had big windows with a view of the rooftop swimming pool. The bed was so comfortable--high quality bedding and soft pillows. The only better hotel I've experienced is the St. Francis in San Francisco.

Double charged for stay No Marriott rewards membership recognition Impossible to reach them by phone Showed my prepaid reservation twice, they still charged me for the stay Shows them my Marriott rewards membership card twice, they never included my rewards number in the reservation. Tried to call them twice today and no answer. Not even a voicemail box! Not worth it.

I loved everything about the room. Very clean, modern, and obviously remodeled recently. Outlets and USB ports everywhere. Great lamps everywhere. Generous coffee set up in room. Great toiletries. Steamy shower. Comfy bedding.

An amazing hotel from start to finish. A beautiful hotel in the downtown with a convenient location in the downtown area. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Location perfect for a quiet get away and local transport close by. The only drawback was some construction in the lobby area when we were there. We stayed for 2 days with many good restaurants and bars in the area.

If you like an "Old World" feeling, you'll like the Adolphus. Not a great part of town, but they've renovated the rooms and the gym is actually great. Pool too small for laps, but really a nice deck for socializing. Staff is wonderful. Lots of ballrooms for events.

My flights were very late - the registration staff greeted me warmly and upgraded me to a wonderful suite. Sparkling clean, roomy, well appointed and top of the line.

Hello, Our parking rate for valet is competitively priced at $36 plus tax. We only offer valet, however there are 3rd party garages around the immediate area that our guests could self park at.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We were built in the same era that the Titanic was, so good job picking up on our early 1900's vibe! We actually have an grand piano who's replica lies on the bottom of the Atlantic ocean - it sank on the Titanic. Next time you come please do be sure you go on one of the historic tours we offer twice daily. Hope to see you soon!
