Room was clean but had a faint mothball smell to it. Beds were decently comfortable. Breakfast had a small selection and all tasted off. We didn't bother going down for breakfast the 2nd morning. The only staff the smiled and looked friendly were the cleaning staff. Yes the front desk staff was helpful when asked questions but I don't remember one smile from any of them. It was odd when we checked in we were given only 1 key with a small post it note on it with our room number. Pretty unprofessional for something with the name Hilton. All in all the stay was totally fine. Nothing bad happened.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and each time was a great stay. Staff is friendly and the area is close to lots of shopping. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are decently sized.

The breakfast menu was fresh and had a wide variety of foods to choose from. As a vegetarian, it’s often difficult to find much in the way of vegetarian options at hotels, but this hotel is the exception. I was able to eat something different every day of my stay. The staff were friendly and courteous as always and I was sad when I had to cut my trip short by a few days due to illness. The staff was extremely helpful when I did have to leave early and so was the manager, Monica. I have recommended this hotel to other travelers and will continue to do so in the future.

The room was very clean and orderly. One lamp did not work. Really missed having access to a microwave because afternoon coffee in lobby was only lukewarm. But everything else was exceptional!
