First night found roaches in room. Second night found more and took one to front desk. Noted in google reviews they have had issues with bugs in past. Had plumbing concerns 1st call manager addressed after that was handed a plunger and told we needed to address. Showerhead was not connected and family member fixed but almost fell in process. When moved to another room noted was dirty and had broken items i.e. mirror

The staff were friendly. The building needs repair, the walls in the entrance were not painted properly, the light fixture in the elevator was missing and the worst thing was finding a bug in our room!! Also no bedding for the extra bed (sofa) which had a plastic covered mattress

Breakfast was ok: not amazing but good. I had one issue with the staff. The housekeeping staff opened our door before 9am when we had a do not disturb sign on our door and we had until 11am to check out. My 3 year old daughter ran out of the room while her uncle was inside and I was downstairs getting her breakfast. I had no clue why my daughter was roaming the hallways with housekeeping but it was unacceptable. My brother had no clue because he thought she was in the room with him. I was told that they go into rooms because they don’t know when people are checked out and I said so? We have until 11am to stay in that room and they had no reason regardless to be in there. I’m not happy with the lack of privacy and the fact that my kid could’ve been hurt with no supervision from her family.

The room was spacious but there was no microwave as advertised in the room. We had to ask and they brought one to the room shortly after. Noone ever apologized for it not being in there as it should have been. The outside side door was broken and had tape on it so anyone off the street could have walked in. The breakfast was basic. Hotel in some parts like the gym was closed. The room also advertised sound proof and it was not it was noisy all times of the day and night.
