Worst hotel night ever. Cockroaches. There was a hole in the wall. The hotel room door was patched up and made me feel unsafe. If we had not arrived late in the evening and were so tired, I would not have stayed
I was eaten on by bed bugs and when i went to management,i was accused of bringing them to the hotel.so i checked out asking for 1 day of my money back they would not accommodate.but as soon as they thought I had left the property i recorded an exterminator entering the building because i told i where calling the health department.
They need a crash course in running a business... the manager seemed to be the only one knowledgeable about anything going on there, however he was wasn't there much. Sometimes keeping things in the family isn't always profitable.
Worst place ever and would never stay there again. Was threatened by staff and felt scared staying there.
I saw three big roaches in my room I told the front desk he said he would move me in the morning. Me and my family check out. The carpet was very dirty , no breakfast, towels on a table in the lobby no soap in the room , room smell very bad. I will never stay here again nasty place every
3 times wrong room, booked handicapped Puke on bed skirt, broke phone microwave and stale food left in broke fridge. Shower held together with bandaids, refused to fix, gave one legged husband duct tape to fix ourselves. Mattresses in hallways and wheelchair would not go through. Crack heads in hotel asking for money drugs and cigarettes Manager is the owner/operator, when I complained his exact words were " You Americans expect to much". Called coporate and they referred me back to the hotel for a solution.
Noisy air conditioner until I fixed it because the staff seemed inattentive so I didn't bother them. A bagel and a banana is not breakfast. I have slept on softer granite.
The location of the hotel and the price was reasonable, although Super 8 should invest in getting better Tv's than using the old school squared tv's. When having children or if anybody as myself who enjoy's playing his PS4 or watching Netflix, it would be better if having flat screen Tv's that automatically has the HDMI cord to the system. The toilet needed to be fix based on each time someone would flush it; it would go down slowly or the water would rise up as if it was stopped up. Also the knob on the faucet came off whenever you wanted to wash your hands which was very frustrating.
No remote in the room had to ask for it they gave me one and sent maintenance staff seems fairly friendly but not real sure about the neighborhood or the folks hanging around the parking lot not making judgment against them. Not likely to recommend it for the price and kind of worried about my truck in the parking lot. The room is clean and the linens smell clean haven't been in this area for about 12 years and it seems to have changed.
Dingy. Rude staff. Didn't even want to walk barefoot in my own room. Went and stayed at a different hotel our second night (even though they refused to refund me) just because I felt so gross upon leaving.
