Red stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. The room had a sufficient number of lamps, but only three had light bulbs. Even after making the front desk aware of the missing light bulbs, they only put one more in. This meant that there were 4 lamps without light bulbs in the room. Limited breakfast options when the menu was hard boiled eggs. No meat.

This stay was a nightmare! The elevators didnt work, there were no vending machines & ice machines did not work. Eventually there was no runnin water! Or carport lights, so basically your just paying for a bed to sleep in.

The elevator was broken, cigarette burns in the toilet seat, ashes smeared into the walls everywhere, the whole 4th floor smelled like cigarettes, there was blood on the lamp shade, beer cans and trash in the hallways thrown around, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was quiet over night though.

The elevator was not working and rooms were available only on the 5th floor. We were not informed before checking in about it. Had to climb stairs with luggage. The bedsheet had hole in it. Shampoo bottle was empty in the room. The staff was also not helpful.

2nd floor hallway smelled of marijuana

Bagels were not fresh, the bread was dried out. The apples available had been there a while. Great choice of coffee creamer but poor quality coffee. The other items unsure of, didn't try.
