Location and condition were sub par. Never go again regardless of price

Very comfortable room and bed. Very close to many places to eat and Love field.

First, let me say that all of the staff I encountered were very friendly & helpful. I did not rent a car in advance & had I done more research I might have stayed at one of their other locations, such as the one downtown on N. Lamar , as I often like to be within walking distance to places of interest when visiting a new city. However, this location is right off of the highway & is close to both DFW & Love field airports. Since I did need to rent a car I asked the hotel staff for suggestions. They were very helpful. They instructed me to take their free shuttle to Love Field where I was able to eventually secure a rental, after checking a few places, without a reservation. This hotel does not have a restaurant on site & places other than chain restaurants you do need to drive there is a Starbucks & and an IHop within walking distance & a beverage place also next door. The hotel itself does include a free breakfast which had fruit, yogurt, eggs, pastries, coffee, etc in the morning. I especially liked the water flavored with cucumbers which seemed to be available all day..very refreshing after coming in from the heat! If you are staying a few nights you might get to enjoy their free social from 5-7pm with free beer, wine & snacks. My room had 2 double beds & both were very comfortable, yes I tried both beds. :) The room was clean & included a microwave, plates, disposable cups & utensils, kitchen sink(separate from the bathroom sink, which is located outside of the shower/toilet area) & refrigerator if you plan to bring your own food or prepare small meals. They also included a blow dryer & an iron in the room. I did not use the pool area, but it looked very nice & some people sat outside by the pool with their coffee in the morning. The fitness room is open 24 hours. It is a little small, but I had the place to myself so it didn't really bother me. There are treadmills, steppers, weights..the usual stuff. The lobby has brochures for local attractions right near the elevator so be sure to check out the selection. Earlier I said I like to be within walking distance of some attractions, but this hotel is not far from downtown Dallas. Fort Worth was maybe 30 minutes away, but took longer when I was stuck in some traffic. On the plus compared to the downtown location this location may be better suited for parking. They have free onsite parking & all parking in downtown Dallas must be paid for, even the aquarium which has its own lot. That being said their other location may also include parking in a garage or some other arrangement, but you'd have to check. Overall the hotel was nice & the staff were great!

was very pleased with motel and staff were very accomodating

Stay was great! We need a quick stay hotel for one night the price was good the room was great and close to the Dallas convention center where we had to be early the next morning.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfy. It was located in a great area. I will be staying again .

New hotel, very clean. quiet rooms. Was a bit of a drive to the A-Kon convention but easy access to I-35.

Wonderful staff and location. One item that makes it a great location for family not only do they have a wonderful breakfeast bar, you have access to many other eating places and shops

Room clean. Someone rifled though my husband's meds while we were out and helped themselves to a few. Had a smoker in a room near us but management took care of it.

We stayed here for 3 days during the Dallas Quilt show. Breakfast was awesome and the beds were very comfortable!

When I booked this I thought we were close to shopping and restaurants, and that was not really the case, unless you like chain restaurants off the highway. The people at the desk were great, very nice, but the hotel is really only average. The bed was pretty mushy, the A/C noisy, fair breakfast, but don't come here thinking you are close to much but the highway!

staff were very helpful; location is good; rooms clean; pool and hot-tub; good breakfast

We had a bit of trouble finding the Springhill Suites because Dallas is a difficult town to navigate for the uninitiated! Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delightful and actually out long enough for late risers to enjoy.
