I was not informed that check in closed at midnight. The reservation should not have been accepted, as it was made close to midnight and I was still at the Dallas Fort Worth airport involved in the bad weather chaos. I was not able to get to the hotel until at least 3 a.m and did not get to the hotel at all. I did not get to any hotel. Please cancel the charge.

I made the reservation just after midnight just for the night because I’m stuck at the airport. When I called the hotel, no one answered, and when I searched the Internet, I found that you don’t allow people to check in after midnight. So I believe my money should be refunded for a reservation where I can’t get in the door.

I booked a mandalay view suite. When we arrived we were put into a suite without the mandalay view and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. We were then put into another suite because of the toilet problem however this suite also didn’t have a mandalay view. I’d like a partial refund as I did not get what I paid for.
